We require guest to pay the rental security deposit in order to reserve the booking in advance, without payment we will not hold dates for vehicles/property rentals and they will remain first come first serve. Once a deposit is made/paid the renter will hold that date, and availability will be updated as unavailable/off-market. 

In the event of a cancellation after booking our standard policy goes as follows: 

Cancellation/Deposit Fee:
+30 Days From Rental Date, 10% Deposit Fee
+14-29 Days From Rental Date, 25% Deposit Fee
+7-13 Days From Rental Date, 50% Deposit Fee
+1-6 Days From Rental Date, 90% Deposit Fee

Please understand it is important to know that we are not in business to profit off of deposits, but there are both cost incurred in the rental process as well as the loss of revenue from the rental being off market during the pending period. It is our hope we do not need to incur cancellations ever, but we understand things happen and allow a refund to be an option after the fee, at any moment.
